New HIIT workouts in the future?

Ditto! Cathe has the only Hiit DVD workout (that I know of) on the market and it is so much more fun than using cardio equipment.

    Inquiry About STS Cardio

Are you referring to your customers who hear things?

Why is the music out of sync with the exercises?

(Since they did the workouts without music, I would imagine Cathe counts more to keep the others on her pace...though I never quite understood the "go at your own pace...but I'm counting out reps" thing). Exactly.

Why is the music out of sync with the exercises?

I don't have STS but had planned to order it later, when I am more fit. The music not being in sync during the warm up is not good in my opinion. I have no problem with background music for the lifting parts ala P90X not having a down beat, but would expect the music to be on beat either...

    Two More STS YouTube Clips

I don't think it is strange at all.

    Pull up options

Fold the tubing in half so it is approximately two feet long. Hold it over your head and pull it wide and out to the side slightly back to hit the lats. Do not lock elbows. I found a link: http://www.acefitness.org/getfit/exercise_display.aspx?itemid=389

Need your efficiency tips for work!

You can put your email on automatic answer that all emails will be replied to on Friday, that way they aren't constantly checking for your answer. As long as you are the only one who needs your art files I see no need to put them on the computer.

    "Waterless/greaseless" cookware

I purchased Saladmaster 30 years ago and paid $600.00. It does perform as it says and I have not replaced a single item.

    Gym Style DVD's

With a 15 second rest you get 80% of your recovery. When lifting to failure you need more time, when not lifting to failure, you don't. Most of the Cathe DVDs do not lift to failure.

    Finding 1RM?

I didn't test every exercise, just the basics. I did a real good warm up then put on weight a little heavier than I normally use. If after five reps it felt easy. I quit, rested and piled on more weight. It wasn't hard at all. Most of my challenges, I got to 9-10 reps and then put that and...

    1RM tips and suggestions--and a question

This isn't what we are supposed to do, but it is what I am going to do: I am only checking my one rep max on major exercises and guess at the rest. I will check on bench press for chest, overhead press for shoulders, squat for legs etc. I won't be checking for isolation exercises such as chest...

    Question about the 41 dvds

Actually I think two people could split this set, since there are so many DVDs, and still get excellent results. Maybe even a three way split.

    valor bd-3 squat racks?

My squat rack has a single base which I believe is more stable. I also tried doing the chin ups we see Cathe in some of her pics. I put my Olympic BB on it and got rid of any wiggle made by the BB by securing by putting 3 lb dumbbells in the "bar holder" part and it fit exactly...

    make up question

I use Bare Escentuals and love it. I put my BE on a friend who does not wear makeup and she said she could feel it. She purchased some Mary Kay and said she can not feel it at all and it has great coverage.
