Not sure what you would like, but I run 4/week and skip most of Cathe's cardio, then add 3/week leg work like L&G or Leaner Legs or the standing portion of GS-Legs, I do 30min of Imax2 twice a week (or I intend to :-) ) and at least 2/week UB like the UB portion only of ME, or BM or you get the...
