Jane - sorry to hear about your anemia. I was severely anemic growing up and am still borderline. The fatigue is often overwhelming, but I find it fairly easy to control through my diet. I know when I'm not eating properly, that's for sure!

Judy - sorry to hear about your computer virus. Glad you got it sorted out. Have fun on your "date" tonight!

Carole - Well, they sure didn't that particular time, and I've been scared to try again!
Last night I went for a 5km run and DD came with me on her bike! It was great. She chatted the whole time, so I didn't really have to. I was really pleased that she made it the whole way! I also did segment 1 of Coremax.
This afternoon is Kickmax. I may do the Bootcamp Challenge version and then add on the leg drills at the end.
