running rotation

I'm looking for some sort of rotation combo that includes running 3-4x week and still gets my weights and cross training in. Help!
 
Thanks! I've got the running portion down though, I need some ideas of which Cathe vids to plug into it
 
Not sure what you would like, but I run 4/week and skip most of Cathe's cardio, then add 3/week leg work like L&G or Leaner Legs or the standing portion of GS-Legs, I do 30min of Imax2 twice a week (or I intend to :) ) and at least 2/week UB like the UB portion only of ME, or BM or you get the idea :) Occasionaly I do a one/body part per day rotation (still doing legs 3/week).

Is this kind of what you were looking for?
