Total calories burned= 760
Phew! That was a tough workout with RWH, good stuff though.
Roxie- No need to be sorry and you did not let me down. I know you usually workout either before or after work and that I wasn't sure if you were feeling better from being ill or if you had worked out yet. I admire your drive to workout and do all those planks. You go girlfriend!
