    which would be best ?

    I only have one of the Body Blasts, KPC and L&G (which you DEFINITELY need!), but I would have to say to go with the Intensity Series. They are so versatile and so many people here have achieved great results from this series. The Pyramids and Boot Camp alone are totally worth it, IMO!

    Looking for Pyramid rotations...

    I'm currently doing a "smaller lower body rotation" that includes PUB and L&G, but you could definitely substiture PLB fot L&G: PUB + PLB floorwork w/ stability ball IMAX (I do interval running) L&G (or PLB) + abs PUB KPC or CK BC REST Hope that helps! Cleo :-)
