Good morning everyone!

How are we all doing after the Holiday weekend? I walked yesterday, and threw horseshoes again so I am feeling it all over this morning! But I love it!}(

I'm a little sad the 4th is over, I had so much fun.:-(
I'm off now to do All Step & I have PUB on my schedule for tonight.
Tomorrow is L&G's, Thursday is LowMax, & Friday I believe is C&W's.
That's my schedule for now. I'm working on blasting fat and losing some inches in my legs, so I'm sticking mainly to cardio, interval cardio, & leg work w/ light weights, w/ some upper body thrown in there.

Hope everyone had a great weekend, but let's get back to it!!!! :p

Good afternoon ladies!

I woke up this morning and wow, I can totally feel all the muscles in my back and shoulders after doing KPC yesterday!!! Gotta love it! Today is L&G and then on to yet another picnic (I'm hoping there will be chicken as I'm growing tired of burgers). ;)

Because I can't seem to curb the Cathe habit, I'm going to take the plunge and order the rest of the Gym Style series (GSL and HSTA are already on their way to my greedy little fingers!).

Kali, I too want to size down the lower body - I'm going to stick with this smaller body rotation for another 2 weeks and then start something new. I'm debating between doing an endurance rotation (doing PH/ME/MM 3x week) or a strength rotation with the new Gym styles. I've been hearing a lot about the freestyle training, and am curious to see if that will work for my body, too. OH dear, too many choices!!! }(

Hi girls

Well the morning started off good when I tried on a pair of suit pants that hadn't fit a few months ago and they fit better today. Still a little tight but at least I know I'm getting there.

Long day today and I am dragging. I'm afraid it is time to hit up Starbucks. I probably will only have time to do some lower body work, that is if I feel up to it when I get home at 10 tonight.
Cleo, I'm trying to implement some freestyling into my rotation as I am also trying to lose some inches on my lower body. I haven't ordered the book yet. I am going to wait a few weeks and see how my lower body responds.

Tomorrow is cardio & weights and probably some extra leg work with no weights and then I'm off to Vegas!

How are you planning on implementing some freestyling into your rotation? (I'm so curious!!!) I've been reading some of the other threads (especially Carole (MckMain)'s posts), and I'm so intrigued, but I'm not quite sure as to how to set up a freestyle rotation using the videos I already have. Which book are you referring to?

Have fun in Vegas! My uncle is going there in Aug. to participate in the pool competitions - have fun!!!!!

Hello ladies.

I'm very late checkin' in! lol I did Power Hour. Great work out! :) Still haven't done Boot Camp and I won't do it following a f/b weight w/o so I will do Cardio on wednesday and hopefully will do Boot Camp on Thursday. :)

Okay, well my baby's back to sleep after his 4am feeding so mamma is off to bed again as well! Catch you ladies later! :+
