Hello, ladies.....
Kali, thanks much for your response to my other post. I am sorry I haven't been checking in here. My workouts have been very interrupted during the week for the last few weeks and I only get on the computer sporadically on the weekends... so I feel kinda like a fraud. :-(
I did pretty good the last few days. Friday I did Timesaver #1. I really liked the step segments and realized I probably would have been better off buying the Step Blast workout rather than the Timesaver. But I did want to have something on hand for those days when I want a shorter workout, so maybe I will grow to like it more.
Saturday I did PowerMax and S&H shoulders.
Sunday was an UNEARNED day of rest, lol.
Today I did ME, which was very tough considering I have not done it in a long time. I went really light with the weights and still had a tough time getting all of the reps in. But I feel really great and sore now. ;-)
I am going to do some straight cardio tomorrow... maybe KPC. I have mostly been doing step as cardio and I should probably change it up a bit.
Glad to see you are all working out so regularly! It is very inspiring!
