Good YUCKY Monday Everyone!

Early morning walks are great Wendy. What cardio did you choose?

I'm doing KPC. I'd rather do step, but I'm trying to mix it up. Keep my body guessing.

I'll check in when I'm done. I've procrastinated long enough this morning.x(

Good morning!

Today's gonna be ahot one, that's for sure! I've got to run some errands and get back home to work out before the heat gets too lethal. I'm still debating between KPC and interval running (although I have a strong feeling that KPC will win).

I reeeeeeeeeaaaalllly do NOT want to do any packing today! YUCK!!! }(

I am whipped. I did 30 min.KPC, 3 step seg. from C&W's, and 1 seg. from AllStep so I could get an hour of cardio.I think next time I'll do the KPC last. I was wiped out by the end. I didn't think I'd make it thru the ab section.
I'm headed to the library and then out by the pool to soak up some sun.
I have PLB scheduled for tonight. I hope I make it. I wonder if I'm so tired because of taking yesterday off. I might be PMSing tho too. That wreaks havoc on my body. x(

Hey ladies.

I decided to do some kickboxing today. I just finished. Here's what I did:

CTX Kickbox w/u & cardio only
Cardio Kicks Kicks & Punches only
CTX All Step Abs
CTX Kickbox stretch

It was a great work out! Kicked my butt alright!:) Now it's time to feed my son and myself some LUNCH!:9

I tried to get the data from my HRM for the second day in a row and again, NOTHING! I gotta be doing something wrong but for the life of me I have no idea what! I'm gonna have to mess with it when I'm not really working out cause if I do another work out with the darn thing and get nothing out of it I'm gonna go INSANE!!!!x( }( }( }( :p

You go girl! Sounds like a butt kicker! lol. Hope you get that monitor working. Hate to see you go nuts!! You'll figure it out.

Okay - I just did the cardio conditioning & abs from KPC and then tacked on the abs from C&W. I'm beat and sweating buckets!!! Since I didn't get a full hour of cardio in today, I'm going to tack on either one of the premixes from KPC or go running right after tomorrow's workout. (looks like we were all in the mood for some kickboxing today, huh? :D )

Hi guys.
I was supposed to do PLB tonight but I walked instead. It was really hot and I just felt like getting out & listening to some tunes. I hopped right in the pool when I got back.

Well hope everyone had a good day. Rest up tomorrow's another workout day ladies!:)

Hello, ladies.....

Kali, thanks much for your response to my other post. I am sorry I haven't been checking in here. My workouts have been very interrupted during the week for the last few weeks and I only get on the computer sporadically on the weekends... so I feel kinda like a fraud. :-(

I did pretty good the last few days. Friday I did Timesaver #1. I really liked the step segments and realized I probably would have been better off buying the Step Blast workout rather than the Timesaver. But I did want to have something on hand for those days when I want a shorter workout, so maybe I will grow to like it more.

Saturday I did PowerMax and S&H shoulders.

Sunday was an UNEARNED day of rest, lol.

Today I did ME, which was very tough considering I have not done it in a long time. I went really light with the weights and still had a tough time getting all of the reps in. But I feel really great and sore now. ;-)

I am going to do some straight cardio tomorrow... maybe KPC. I have mostly been doing step as cardio and I should probably change it up a bit.

Glad to see you are all working out so regularly! It is very inspiring!

Hey Kali-Stop talking about jumping in your pool! You are making me sooo jealous! :p }( :p

Marie-LOVE my omron! I have been using it every few days and keeping track of my results in Fit Day (w/a back-up copy on paper just incase!). MUCH easier to operate than the darned HRM I have! LOL :p

Cleo-Yeah, it certainly does look like we were all in a kickboxing mood today, huh?:)
