Hi ladies, computer post so hopefully you will know I'm not ignoring you by no personals
Roxie, that sounds just miserable. I really hope you find relief soon.
Mary, I'm sure the dog doesn't think of it like a spa day

Any new news on your hip?
Murphy, I kmow you are out there, so hello, how's it feeling to be IN your mid 40's? Catches up to you doesn't it?
Ronne,I'm like Mary, don't buy anything that needs ironed, and if it does need ironed (like slight wrinkles), it gets worn that way. Lazy american

Glad you had a nice trip to the states, you investigated CA more than any of us! I used to have to fly to Sacramento on business, would fly into SF, so I do know that area and visited the Napa valley when driving from SF to Sacramento. I really want to get to Yosemite someday, it's just not in a convenient proximity to anything I haven't seen so makes it hard to justify the trip (we hate driving trips).
Jody, poor DD with 4 teeth out! I hope she is one that bounces back, especially since she is young. I want my 20 yr old body back, can I have it? Kids turn out so differently, my first was a PAIN as a baby, cried at the slightest thing (like a lawnmower starting up 2 houses down), I couldn't have gone thru that with another and thankfully second was totally different.
So, DS dog hurt her paw somehow ( I think from pulling so hard on leash when we had her trying to show our dog (suki) how to walk on a leash. So think she scraped her poor paw up (her paws are so soft since all she does is sleep all day unless I take her for a walk). DS was a bit upset with me, thank goodness DIL is more level headed. That dog was such a diva over something none of us could see, and then of course she doesn't limp when playing running around with suki. So, for my w/o, I did, wait for it, KPC! I planned to skip the high intensity drills but didn't realize that's what they were until I was mostly done. Modifications worked well for me (no jumping, not even lift up on toe, light punches), at one point where you kick to side drop down kick to side again, I went at 1/2 Cathe pace, then when same thing was in a combo I just did a step to side instead of drop to side. I still sweated! I only did the first ab exercise, rest was too much for my neck, so I did my PT I do on the ball (I's, Y's, T's). So I had on my workout top that has the shelf bra...didn't need much support, since no jumping, it's stretchy, well, I couldn't get it off I was so sweaty and my range of motion is not good with getting things like that off still and left shoulder didn't like the motion, had ot have DH get it off. So will have to adjust my attire next time else I would have been stuck in it

Afterwards, went to feed the dogs , then foam roll and do some leg stretches, dogs played all around me while doing this, if you know how dogs play, it is not a relaxing thing (at least they didn't rumble over my head!). Then got done and went outside for a bit, and there they ran all around again. They are pooped out now too.
So, PT will be adding in lumbar exercises, the first they gave me for tight hamstrings is, lay on back, one leg flat on floor, using strap to lift other leg, the difference is, pump your toe up and down and it makes it a nerve glide for the sciatic nerve. Then after doing that a bit, move foot in air in over and across the leg on ground (foot is still in air) and move foot in strap side to side. See if that makes sense and try it, thought it may help some of you less than limber ones (not looking at Ronne here).
Planning to go see The Heat with my Bff, DH trip got canceled so now I'm not tied down to puppy. Puppy is fun, love her, but they are limiting at times

Are any of you surprised I got one?
