Roxie, my dd is having wisdom teeth out x 4 next week, I hope she has an easier time than you w/ the root canal.

Mary, sorry about the long line for Millenium (i told you the story about my cousin asking some Amish girls if they all have to wear the same dress while in long line for that ride) but fun times to watch Top Thrill. In my head I've wanted to take my girls on a big coaster trip to Ca someday but maybe we should do CP/OH instead and visit family, including that cousin who is about to have her second baby! I'll look you up if we end up in Akron!

OK, I've got Tabatacise cued up. I'll start M2 tomorrow. Definitely one body part at at time! I'd not make it much past 30 min of chest anyway even if I planned on doing whole disc.

ETA I did tabata 1-3 plus core 2 and I'm taking dd to her class so I'll probably walk a bit.

Good morning! Today did disc 14. I have to shorten this week, we are going to the beach house for the weekend, DH & DS have a triathlon and duathlon this weekend and we are leaving Friday. Jody, how awesome that would be! I'm about 40 minutes from Akron! I went to Akron U for college! Far enough away, but close enough if I wanted to come home. I really like Tabatacize! Lisa, you will have a clean house today! Any big birthday plans? Roxie, how are you feeling? Any better? Hi to Murphy & Ronne! Good Afternoon,

I am home from the dentist and he confirmed it is infected and thats causing the pain he also filed down a sharp corner everything is starting to feel better. Before I went I walked on the TM for 30 minutes and then after appt I went for a 2.0 mile walk in the park. Its gorgeous out today.

Jody-DH had 3 teeth pulled and didn't have any problems but his dr gave him and antibiotic and pain med.

Mary-have fun at the beach house I am glad I don't have to buy school supplies anymore.
 
2.5 mile walk,pt exercises with lb stretch and a couple of abs thrown in. PT musta really stretched out my left neck and trap to get the rotation to the right kinda hurtin today put my anodyne light therapy on

Mary, I'm avoiding the store until after the back to school people are gone, I do need something from Walmart though. Tomorrow for my birthday my friend and I are going for a walk I'm planning a long one about 5 miles I hope I survive and then off to a place that serves really strong margaritas

Jodi most of my post are by phone so anything weird is from the phone not for me haha. That must be a lot of greens that you are drinking!

I did Turbo Jam Fat Blaster and it was a good workout. Its really humid here today. We are headed to the lake whenever DH decides to come home I can't prove it but I think he is having and affair which really sucks we have been married 30 years.

Lisa-official Happy Birthday drink a margarita for me.

I'm anxious and depressed today but did disc 13 Ch Sh Tri with decluttering and freecycling in between body parts.
Lisa, I hope the margaritas hit the spot.
Mary, I'd like more summer as well as far as time to catch up.
 
Totally exhausted I had a wonderful birthday with my BFF our walk ended up being 5 .5 miles. I even did my pt today we'll see what I feel like tomorrow

V-Situps 20 reps
Bent Over Row 15 reps 15lbs
Tricep Kickbacks 15 reps 10lbs
Walking Lunges 20 reps 15lbs
Front Raise 12 reps 8lbs
Lateral Raise 12 reps 8lbs.

2.5 mile walk 5.5 miles walk. Pt where they really stretched my neck muscles, I'm gonna feel it tomorrow.

I don't know what is wrong with me I didn't get up this morning until almost 8:30 I feel like a slob. DH's paycheck from last week has disappeared in the mail not a good thing, and I would like to say I feel better about us this week because he said the girlfriend thing was getting old and needed to disappear so I guess I need to drop it for now. I did Turbo Jam 20 minute Cardio Party today and I think I am going to do more of those when I take my rest week.

My phone posts are really sucking when I go back to read them. Anyway 3 mile walk this morning I still have to do my PT feeling kinda down today about my situation . If it wasn't for the dog I know I think I wouldn't be walking so much I don't see anything besides a walk and my near future for a workout. PT recommend for another 6 weeks we'll see what Dr says on Monday. Roxy keeping my fingers crossed for you. Mary have fun and wow on DH time. Jody are you still in a funky mood to?

I did KCM's Circuit Blast #2 when I got up and then DH said he was running late so I decided to walk on the TM for 30 minutes. We are headed to the lake when he gets home.
 
Hi all. I was on a short break/vacation. My recovery week turned into a do-nothing week. I don't think I will be going on to M2. I am thinking of doing some other dvd's I have that I am considering getting rid of. I want to try them one last time to be sure I am done with them. Waves to all.

Roxie, I hope for the best for you. FWIW, it seems like you two are active together which seems very positive. I've been sleeping late since I've been off work and school, even though I'd planned to be up by 6 am every day so I could conquer the world. Good job on your w/0

Lisa, we've got to stay in the NOW and appreciate what we can do. You are staying active and doing everything to stay fit. I think that is awesome in light of your surgery.

I had a great time on Sat kayaking w/ friends, left at 9 and got back at 1 then went to lunch and then went to another friend's for a quickie tea gathering which surprisingly turned into dinner and hang out til midnight. I'm behind on workouts and my wt is way up dog gone it but it was nice to connect w/ friends.
 
1.5 miles each day on sat and sun. Jody,did you see we got a puppy? That should help attitude. Busy fifths tun
