FnV - I'll do your lunges for you, if you'll do my squats for me
I'll gripe about squats, but I will do them. Today is the first official day of Body Fusion in our Beginner Rotation so I'm not shirking my duties... well... except for skipping the Lower Body add-on squats and lunges over the weekend. yea.. well.....
I'm sitting here finishing my coffee and then I shall go do Body Fusion before I get distracted doing anything else.
I just weighed myself. I gained half a pound this past week. But that's okay. I'm not surprised. I had Calorie Creep Disease last week plus yesterday's brunch. It just shows that I need to be vigilant in sticking to my plan.
Total weight lost in 2 weeks = 1 pound. I'm happy with that. As I said earlier, it took me years to put this excess weight on. So I'm perfectly happy with losing it slowly too..... as long as the overall trend is downward..
Eat clean.
Work out strong.
Drink lots of water.
We CAN do this. We ARE doing this.
