Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for October 2015

Today's workout was Ripped with Hiit Lower Circuit, 47 minutes, 350 calories. I did X Train Burn Sets Triceps and stretch, 19 minutes, 65 calories, finishing with some tracks I missed from Les Mills this week, Les Mills Pump Revolution, lunge track, triceps track, aback and stretch 20 minutes, 66 calories. Workout was 86 minutes and calories burned 481. Raining here today and I have to go out in it. It appears going to be non- stop. We need it though.

Debbie, nice work. I like weighted dips. A lot of the time when there are just dips in a workout I will pick up some weight.

Roselyn, how do you like 21 Day Fix Extreme? I keep hanging on the fence whether to purchase or not. Not everyone seems to love it. It is nice that they are short though and I hear Fix Extreme is better than the first one.

Today I did Ripped With Hiit Upper Body Circuit, 46 minutes, 333 calories and Piyo Strength Intervals 21 minutes, 136 calories. Total time was 67 minutes and calories burned 469.
 
Today was Week 2 of Full Body. This week I do the same workouts as last week but in superset fashion. This is called Antagonistic training. I upped the weights a bit and had an excellent workout.

This is what I did:

3 sets/5 reps - 1 minute rest between each set

Super Set 1:
Flat Barbell Bench Press - 80#
Barbell Row - 67#

Superset 2:
Leg Press Station - 165#
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 67#

Super Set 3:
Barbell Curls - 55#
Close Grip Barbell Triceps Press - 67#

Then I did 1 mile on my treadmill. :)
