Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for July 2016

Im not an expert on workouts, just started a few months back and from last month i trying a BCAA supplement.Which is my friend suggested me (http://www.wealthformyhealth.com/bcaa-supplement/ ), I feel like its not working that much but just gives some support. Like preventing muscle loss, relaxing body a bit and like wise. And i have to say this "Thank you WD, RPAGE", since im a beginner i got many from this thread. Thanks forum too...Of course start a new one for Aug :)
