I did this morning: Jessica Smith Yoga Stretch for Beginners and Beyond 1. AM; Energizing Flow = 30 min + Intensity premix# 2. Step Only - 36:30 + Ramped Up Upper Body premix #10 Triple Biceps: Warm Up + Biceps + Biceps + Biceps + Stretch =(27:38.

Hi everyone!

Today I did the Scrambled premix for Total Body Giant Sets. I added my weighted vest to all the leg rounds. That was tough! I also did a 10-minute stretch from JS on YouTube.

Belinda-thanks for telling me that about the JS downloads. We don't have wifi at work so I'd have to use the data on my phone. It would eat up too much data on my iPad which is not unlimited. Great job with your workout today!

Debbie-yes, Cardio Slam is part of S&S. I do like it, but there is a lot of high impact moves. Nice job with Cardio Coach today!

This morning I did a mix of Pyramids and S&S Giant Sets. Worked Biceps & Triceps today and had a great workout!! This is a great mix with these two workouts, my bi's and tri's felt it big time.

This is what I did:

BICEPS
From Pyramids:
Hammer Curls:
10's/12's/15's/12's/10's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
Regular Curls: 10's/12's/15's/12's/10's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
From Giant Sets:
W-Curls on the Ball:
15's - 16 reps
Incline Hammer Curls on Ball: 15's - 16 reps

TRICEPS
From Pyramids:
Kickbacks:
3's/5's/8's/5's/3's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
Overhead Extension: 12's/15's/20's/15's/12's - 12/10/8/10/12 reps
From Giant Sets:
Seated Overhead Extension:
12's - 16 reps
Close Grip Press on Ball: 15's - 16 reps
Lying Extensions on Ball: 12's - 16 reps

Really felt this big time!

The walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.

This morning I did Ramped Up Upper Body Timesaver premix #4 Triple Chest: Warm Up + Chest + Chest + Chest + Stretch (20:53) +
Walk On: 5 Mix and Match Miles with Jessica Smith Mile #1: Energy Boost + Mile #2: Pumped Up Pace+ Mile #3: Brain Training. I also did Jessica Smith Total Body Balance DVD: 4 workouts 2: Sole Sculpt =20 Minutes :) I did all that after my last solid breakfast. That wasn't the smartest idea working out so much this morning, lol. I am on a clear liquid diet until tomorrow morning :( I am glad when this is over.

Good job on your workouts, everyone.

I will check in tomorrow night if I feel up too it.

Today I woke up with a horrible headache and didn't want to run. I ended up walking on my treadmill and that was good. Worked up a good sweat, I can't believe how sweaty I get just by walking. I walked on a 3% incline at a fast pace.

Workout was 60 minutes, went 3 miles, burned 302 calories and went 6931 steps.

Nice workouts to you all yesterday, you are all rockin' it!!!

Hi ladies!

Today I did PHA Training, Extreme premix #2 with 4 risers instead of 3. I love this workout...it's weight training...it's cardio with no jumping around...and it flies by. Just awesome!

Belinda, hope you are surviving your liquid diet!

This morning I did a mix of Pyramids and S&S Giant Sets. Worked Shoulders today and had a great workout!! Also, my bi's and tri's are really sore, yesterday I could hardly pick up my water bottle. :)

This is what I did:

Upright Rows: 15's - 16 reps
Rear Delt Flyes: 12's - 16 reps
Incline Front Raise/Archs: 8's - 6 reps each (burner!!)
One Arm Lateral Raise: 5's - 2/2 ct., 2 singles - 2x's both arms

Then I did the Ab work from Pyramids, although I have to confess that I didn't do the pykes. Just didn't have it in me today to do. I did weighted crunches on the ball instead.

I also walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.

Glad it's Friday! It's 18 degrees here right now. Brrrrr.....
