Cathe I'm wondering what you did after your pregnancy to correct your diastasis recti. I just gave birth to my third baby in February and I have a diastasis recti. I'm trying to figure out what I should do to help correct it. Thanks.

Well I'm out also. AF showed up last night. I think I ovulated earlier that I thought I did. Have any of you guys tried those ovulation prediction strips? I'm just wondering if they work and which ones you use. Melissa
