I have the ipod 1st generation i'm assuming ( purchased it in 2007) and when I downloaded lift it hiit it wouldn't sync and there is nothing that can be done so I deleted it. That's $20.00 down the drain.I was told that newer videos weren't set up for my ipod touch. I purchased a few sts videos...
I'm slowly trying to introduce my aunt to Cathe and working out in general and she wants to know if she should include ab workouts right now because she has quite a bit of weight to lose. So she is wondering should she wait until she loses more weight to even include that in her exercise...
I will just do my regular toning but I like for my husband to be attracted to me too:o. Im just being human when I say that. I would be lying if I said oh forget him and what he thinks im going to shoulder press 65 pounds for 800 reps:eek:
I am really confused. How much weight training should I do to just tone up? I told him I cant bulk up like a man but he doesn't even want me to have Cathe arms. He said man muscles on a woman isn't sexy and told me to put the dumbbells down.:mad:
I won't totally eliminate her. I guess I will change it up a bit tho. A friend introduced her to me and I was debating on whether to post here or not because most of her audience seem like personal trainers:p
Cathes workouts are challenging but it has this dread factor and this"i dare you keep up with me" thing going on. This sucks because she is challenging for sure. Are there any other workouts by different instructors that are challenging without the dread factor?:(
