is 90 minutes too long to weight train?

I do it all the time!

If you feel strong, and are enjoying yourself, do what you want for as long as you want.

Some of us can't work out 5, 6, or 7 days a week, so for me it's only 3 times, and 2 hours at each session because that's what works for me.

I would not start out with 90 minutes, but other than that, the amount of time is fine.

If one looks at the long term effects of challenging the body routinely or not challenging the body at all, not challenging the body at all is disintegrating the body at a faster pace.
