This morning was ICE Chiseled Lower Body blast and Icy Core 2. Now I need to get some house work done, but I am having a hard time not watching the Olympics! We’re looking forward to the US-Canada hockey game tomorrow. Have a great day!

Pam Great job on RS plus ME abs, ICE CUB, ICE CLBB plus Icy Core 2! Hopefully you are getting less sore. DH watched most of the hockey game and said it was a good game.
Cheryl Great job on STS2 Mobility 2 and LMR2 LICF! Hope you got a walk in before the rain started.
Friday was my lower body workout and then I spent a few hours cleaning my weight room and moving things back from the windows being installed. After that I had an errand to run. Saturday was my mobility workout. I was sore from moving things around and doing some deep cleaning the day before but it felt good to do some stretching. Sunday was my upper body weights and today I slept in.

Pam Great job on ICE Chiseled Lower Body and Icy Core 2. Congratulations on the gold medal. It was disappointing to lose for us since we did miss out on scoring opportunities that would have changed the game. It was an excellent game though which I had to get up at 5am to watch. We will have a rematch in 4 years time

In the afternoon we went to Starbucks with our friend and Zoey. This morning I did LMR2 PHA 2 Cardio Fusion. Then I braved Costco. Now I need to go and help clean up our dragon boat. The season starts in about 2 weeks if the weather stays as warm as it is.

This morning was ICE Boot Camp Circuit and ICY Core 1. We recorded the hockey game yesterday because we didn’t want to watch it until later in the day. It was really hard staying away from all devices until we watched it. I had to leave my phone in another room because people were texting about it It was quite a nail-biter! Have a great day!

This morning was my lower body workout. I was worried it wouldn't be a good one because I was having trouble getting motivated and my stomach was iffy again (I think it is from getting up so early) but it was a better workout than I could have hoped for which was a nice surprise.

Pam It feels like spring here though we will be getting rain again starting tomorrow. Good job on ICE Bootcamp Circuit and ICY Core 1. It is hard when you record a game and then trying to stay away from all the devices. I hope your team won.

So on my way home I stopping off at city hall to fill out a form to have it removed. The clerk told me since I had my parking receipt to show that I paid it it wouldn't be a problem. This morning though I was feeling really tired and Willow wasn't acting her normal self. So I didn't do a workout and I am getting ready to get her to the vet for a check up. She normally is waiting for her breakfast and downs her wet food in about 20 seconds but she wasn't really wanting it which is weird. She may just be feeling off but I just want to make sure.

Cheryl Oh that stinks about the ticket. Even if it is no problem and they remove it what a pain and hassle. I hope Willow is ok and starts feeling better.
This morning was my upper body day. I was feeling better and actually made some good progress on some things. Always happy to get one more rep when I can.

Cheryl We seen to be getting a few days of spring and then a sudden winter day again, The daffodils are blooming though so spring is just around the corner. That is crazy about your parking ticket when you had paid for parking. I hope that everything is ok with Willow I hate when they are not acting themselves!

My schedule yesterday was all out of whack because I had an ophthalmologist appt in the morning so didn’t do my workout until afternoon. I had doing it then, it just feels like such a chore and seems to drag on. I did Circuit Max and it was really hard! This morning was Great Glutes, another one I hadn’t done in a long time. Chubby Hubby went on a trial adoption yesterday and that is going great and Heather is getting officially adopted so I’m down to 2 fosters! I’m hoping they will be adopted soon! Have a great day!
