Strength in Numbers

Pam I am glad to no longer change the time but they think it would be better to have the extra hour in the evening. Great work on FS Shred Cardio and Push Day. I can no longer do those types of cardio anymore either. I am almost 66 and I find it is just too hard to do them anymore. I have learnt to not push myself and listen to what my body needs instead of trying to make myself do something that doesn't suit me anymore. That is why I am trying to walk more.

Julie The reason for staying on Daylight Savings time is so we have an extra hour of light in the evening. Good job on your lower body weight workout. You are not old, it just takes time to get new laptops set up on how you like it.

This morning was STS 2 Total Body Supersets. Then I got some cleaning done. We may do some errands this afternoon, but it is raining hard so we may wait until it is a bit nicer out.
