Good morning,

I did Cathe Live Upper Body Pump and burn. I had a great workout.

I have to take Sadie to get her second round our shots.

I will be back to catch up on personals.

Damn, August already. I go back to work on Monday. :(

On a positive note, my brother is doing very well!!

This morning I walked on my treadmill for about 35 minutes. Didn't feel like doing anything, this has been a crap week of workouts. And now next week I have to start getting up at 4:30 to workout. Not looking forward to doing that at all.

Jolie - Will this be your first thermal imaging? It's so much better than a mammogram.

The vet didn’t felt comfortable vaccinating Sadie today. Sadie threw up this morning. The vet ran a bunch of blood tests and gave her meds for her stomach. Sadie is on a bland chicken and rice diet for the next 3 day’s. I am sure she doesn’t mind eating cooked chicken.

No workouts here. I have been preparing for company this weekend and now they are not coming. Then my daughter had an emergency and was put in the hospital and it ended up being a colitis infection. They kept her overnight with antibiotic IV and pain meds. She was in a lot of pain. I made her bone broth and Jello for when we took her home today. Maybe I will get in a workout tomorrow. I downloaded the LMR Elevated bonus lower body download and wrote down the moves. It looks good.

Debbie, this summer has flown by fast. Good job on the treadmill walk even though you was not feeling like it. I am glad your brother is doing well.

Belinda, good job on CL Upper Body Pump and Burn yesterday. I hope Sadie feels better soon. Harvey got some bone broth and the dark meat chicken that I took out of the stock pot last night and this morning. What I hate doing is giving my dog rice and water or withholding food at first. They always look at me like where is the food.

Today I did OnDemand dance.

I am beat, I been cleaning, organizing, restocking the RV. We will take off on Monday for a few day’s. We are not going to far, I have too many appointments coming up. I have laser surgery next Friday at noon for those floaters. Mine are not age related. I got floaters right after my cataracts surgery.

Diane - I hope your DD feels better soon. Sorry to hear she in the hospital and in a lot of pain. I am sure she would love having some home cooked bone broth. Hope she gets home today. Sadie needs to be on a very bland diet. She isn’t liking too much.

No workout to report. I was busy doing laundry, cleaning the house and filling up the RV.

We will take off in the morning. I packed so much clothes. I have no idea what to bring since the temperature dropped so much. Well, I am prepared.

Yesterday I did LMR 2 Heavy Weights Lower Body, 51 minutes, 173 calories, heart rate 101/147. I liked it. I followed it with CDorner Stretch and Reset gentle flow and stretch (no planks or down dog wrist friendly) 32 minutes, 72 calories. Total time 83 minutes, 245 calories. I am posting the workout. Well, I'm back at work today. I'm not going to workout until possibly Wednesday, I'm trying to get used to early mornings again. 4:30 wake up was just too early right off the bat, so I got up at 5:30 and will do the same thing tomorrow. Hopefully Wed., Thurs., Fri. I will feel like working out. Been in a slump lately.

Summer definitely flying by the past three weeks we have had both moms in hospital, mine fell and is finally mended my MIL has congestive heart failure so that’s serious and this weekend my sweet Leo , my 2 1/2 year old grandson, fractured his tibia so he is in a cast for 3 weeks no walking! No bath

today i did chest,shoulders and triceps yesterday was a leg day

Evening,

No workout. I am having back problems. My back hurts, neck is killing me, tingling down my right arm. I think I pinched a nerve. I am not going to workout today. Give my body some rest. Hopefully whatever this is works it self out soon.

Diane - yes, loading and unloading is a pain. We empty the RV when we took it to Red Bay to get it fixed. I had to refill the entire RV. Now I can leave most in the RV. Glad your DD is home. How is she doing? Nice job on your lower body workout yesterday.

Debbie - yeah, it will take some time getting used to getting up at the crack of dawn again.

Roselyn1964 - sorry both moms and grandson are going through this. Wishing all a speedy recovery. Nice workout.

Today I did CDorner 80's Step (first two combo segments) 24 minutes I missed most of the warm up as I forgot to start my watch, 149 calories, heart rate 130/161. I also did LMR Upper Body, 51 minutes, 187 calories, heart rate 103/144. Total time 75 minutes, 336 calories. I need to get to bed soon. My granddaughter is coming over in the morning to make tiramisu. She has to be at her school early so while on this side of town she wanted to come over. She is getting ready for her senior year.

Debbie, turning hours around is tough. Rest is important.

Roselyn, it sounds like you have a lot going on. Keeping a 2 1/2 year old from walking sounds difficult. I hope things get better. Good job on chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Belinda, I am sorry your back and neck are hurting. Get some rest. I hope you feel better and it lets up. My daughter says she feels much better. She teaches and she has to get her prep work and classroom set up.

Today we walked around the lake. It wasn’t too bad outside. Sadie is very tired.

Diane - thank you. I plan on resting. I think walking is fine. Glad your daughter is doing better. Nicely done on your step workout.

Wow, what a week! I have had the bathroom demoed and my house is so dirty!!! Also, having contractors in the house for 9 hours a day is killing me. My husband has been on vacation so I have had to do a lot of things by myself and I have felt overwhelmed with everthing to do. I have not lifted since last Thursday, I plan to get a workout in tomorrow since my husband will be home to walk the pup. Here is what I have done the past few days.

Saturday- 5 miles of walking
Sunday- 6.2 miles of walking
Monday- 4 miles of walking
Tuesday- 5.8 miles of walking
Today is a rest day, my feet are sore, and my Achilles tendons are sore from all of the walks up hill.

I will do a Cathe live workout tomorrow.

Debbie, I cannot believe you are back to school already! Boy, the summer has just flown by this year.

I need to go back and read all of your posts from the past couple of days, but great job with the workouts everyone!

Hi all, I decided to start back with my workouts on Monday. I guess I just need this break, I haven't had one in a while. I'm just not even feeling like working out right now. Hopefully I'll feel like it next week.

No workout yesterday. Today I did a CDorner lower body and abs workout. I skipped a little of the abs., 48 minutes, 160 calories, heart rate 100/140. Next week I have 3 days I have to leave the house in the mornings so I doubt I will get very many workouts in.

Belinda, I am glad the weather is nice for walking. I bet Sadie was tired. I remember having signals not so good in rv parks. One time we had a family gathering in a cabin and we had no signal to call other members to guide us to our destination. We just lucked out when my daughter and dil came up the dirt road after going to a store. Have fun.
 
Today I had an excellent workout. I did Cathe Live Vertical Loading 2 and did only body weight for the leg portion of the workout. My legs are in pretty good shape right now from all of this walking in the hills every day. I lifted the same weight that I did the last time I did the workout and I actually had to go heavier today, feeling strong today for some reason. I like to take a week off here and there because it gives my body recovery time and I can lift heavier once I go back at it again.

Diane Sue, great job with the workout yesterday. You are still lifting very impressive weights!!!

Debbie, have some great rest days and you will feel great next week!

Belinda, nice job on the walk, I wish it was cool here, but we are just starting a heat wave for the next week or so.

Today I am getting laser surgery.
