Well I finished up 6 weeks of the Hypertrohy Specific Training program that I, and others, have mentioned on this site before. Some of you have seen my workout via email. I took last week off from lifting while I was away hiking and camping. The program calls for a week off so it worked out perfectly. I went back to the gym today to start 2 more weeks of 10 rep exercises which will be followed by 2 weeks of 5 rep exercises. I replaced a few exercises with other that I wanted to try that work the same areas of the body. The weights for all exercises will, of course, be heavier than in the first cycle. Anyway, I am getting nice results with this and today, after the week off, I felt stronger than ever!! So I just wanted to share that as a little update.
For those who are interested I have posted pics on Webshots from our May Disney trip and also from our camping trip last week. Let me try to post the links and see if this works.
