    I had heard of Cathe for years, but did other tapes like the Firm and Kathy Smith. Then like you, I saw her on tv. Then punched up this web site, bought some dvd's and love them. I've only been doing her ( that doesnt sound right does it?) since March. I wish I had more space to do her step...

    Thanks for sharing! I love it, I battle my thighs too, not as much the older I get and realize that I can get them toned up, but thanks to dear old mom, the shape are hand me downs....

    What is your favorite protein shake?

    I like Myoplex lite too. I use mainly vanilla so I can mix with stuff. Choc is good too. The package usually comes with a little recipe book with some great combinations

    For those who *don't* workout first thing in the morning....

    Sandra, I would much rather workout in the morning, and used to, but for the last 6 months or so, I cant get up earlier enough (5:00) to do it. So I shower 2 times a day. When I wake up and after my workout that usually happens around 6-7pm... My goal is to get my butt out of bed and workout...

    Energy to workout during PMS?

    I'm with you on this. This is my PMS week and I agree, I'd rather sleep. But I know once I workout, I'll feel sooooo much better. I agree with Kit, just say you will do 20 minutes and once you start, you wont stop AND you will feel better for it.
