Hey All! We had a wonderful family get-a-way last week and now it's back to business
Today was LowMax (Hey Sandra ) but I modified it on a 6" bench. I kayaked, boated and swam a lot last week and now my low back is not happyx( . I started my workout on 8"s but backed it up pretty quickly. My back felt a bit looser after the workout and I had a chiro adjustment this a.m. which helped some. I'm starting to think that maybe I will order the new DVD for days like today. Pulling out a Kathy Smith doesn't thrill me so the Target workouts are all of a sudden more appealing.
Carole - I like your idea of having a DVD and a VHS cued up and ready. I have a player that does DVD/VHS too. I must think about this.
I have completed the timesaver #5 workout which (legs and abs), and golfed walking some jogging between holes. I will add the weight work from TS #2 workout.
This week for UB I am choosing Time saver segments and giving GS a break.

I finally ordered the Target workouts, for exactly that reason. I think they will be good for days I'm not quite up to a regular tough Cathe workout. TTOM, or maybe you didn't sleep good the night before, or whatever.....
Does anyone know when they will be shipped??

Isn't it hard to get back to the regular schedule after vacation?
Ended up doing CM cardio for 20 minutes instead of the run...HRM says I burned 214 calories doing that. Not bad.
Scale remains the same x( and clothes don't seem any loser BUT the omron continues to read a lower fat % and I FEEL stronger and think I am actually starting to LOOK better too! :7
Off to straighten up the house and finish laundry. Going to MIL's tonight for the weekly dinner!
Doing the August rotation with modifications, so today was BC. Only did it once, but that was enough today. I am pmsing like crazy right now. There just are not enough Twizzlers in the world, you know?
I bet you'll love it. It really was FUN but also a big challenge. My thighs are still screaming !! Major DOMS that is worse tonight than it was this morning.
Biceps were pretty hard too.
But I loved the format. Really different from the other muscle workouts!
