Vacation Picture of our Family

I don't have all the pictures developed, but this one was taken at Busch Gardens on our vacation. It is in my July file. I named it "The Shenando'er Family"
I am holding a pistol though it is hard to see.

That picture is so cool. I have always wanted to take pics like that, but we never go on vacation. I was looking at all your other pics. I have the same Olympic bar, plate set, dumbells and those gripper things that hold the plates on(don't know what they are called). Your picture said you were lifting 60#'s, don't you include the 45#'s that the bar weighs by itself? I am very excited to see what I will look like after loosing 90#'s.:) Get those other pics up.:+

Stinky is a English Bulldog. Her birthday was today and she is a year old now.

Your very kind. Not much of a secret though. Just eating healthy and eating more protein. Trying to lift heavier all the time. Some days I can and some days I go down in weight. Just depends. I think being on vacation thru me off and too much gardening lately too.

The 60lbs includes the weight of the barbell which is 25lbs. As soon as I get the other pics developed, I will put them up.

Charlotte, great pic!!! I always want to do those kinds of pics but my family is too impatient, lol.

We LOVE Busch Gardens/Williamsburg! My sister used to live there & we'd go down every year. She moved about 5 years ago, though... so glad to hear you had a great time, but it's good to see you back on the boards!
