    Peg, I will remember. I take Neurotonin for the hot flashes. It helps a lot. I sleep better on it, and it helps with restless leg, which bothers me sometimes. I've never tried to do the road trip. I would love to go someday.

    The vet said that they could surgically fix the problem but given her age, it's best to just keep her out of the heat and use a harness instead of a leash so it doesn't pull on her neck. She wants to be outside so badly....I walk her a little extra in the mornings and evenings.

    Hello all, I'm still here. I just have been busy. I did Step Moves today. Yesterday I did the Bootcamp Tower workout. I found it challenging, but not too difficult. I liked it a lot. I have also done the Total Body tower. Both are great. Definite keepers.

    Yesterday went to the zoo with my step-grand-daughter Cady. Had a great time. We walked 2 miles and that was about 10,000 steps. Then everybody was tired. Today is a work day, I'll try to do something when I get home tonight. Running is on my agenda. Hope you all had good workouts!

    Cycling is easier than running or step because you have rest periods where you are going downhill. Of course there's the up hill, but I think all in all it's less intense.
