Hey Everyone,

Today I did another outstanding skogg routine + CLB - premix rounds 1-6 - that was fun and much more doable than the full workout. CLB is tough for me.

Henriette - you are so athletic it's amazing!

I blew it today. I tried to workout, felt very tired, ran out of time....blaaahhh! I had to rush out of the house for my annual physical. I might try to do something later but I have an endless " to do" list waiting for me. Have a good one.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 5 ladies. Must be vacation season attendance is down.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs and 5 minutes on the stair machine for legs . I did one exercise using the big ball squeezing it between my legs.

I was down another quarter of a pound this morning so that made me happy [emoji16].

Friday we will test run the new workout.

Hello all, I'm still here. I just have been busy. I did Step Moves today.

Yesterday I did the Bootcamp Tower workout. I found it challenging, but not too difficult. I liked it a lot. I have also done the Total Body tower. Both are great. Definite keepers.
 
Hi to all, I haven't been here for a few days either Missy, doubt that anyone even noticed :), but I hadn't worked out
Since the weekend, I have been busy previewing the new workouts and making new blender mixes (imagine that!). Anyway, I made it through the 453 blender workouts that I was trying to finish before the new DVDs
Arrived....I finished the last 2 on Sunday and DVDs arrived Monday! Mission accomplished!!! Tonight I did a
Blender CTX (Cross Train Series) step workout. I hope Elsie & Mouser are ok, haven't heard from her for awhile.
Elsie, if you are reading, missing you girl!
