Today I did a mix of DTHT for 35 minutes (it was an interesting and tough circuit workout). I added on 10 minutes of Xtrain abs. Now, to stretch.

Today I did a mix of DTHM cardio for 22 minutes. I added on T&D's Chris Hemsworth workout for another 20 minutes. I did my own stretch. The 2nd workout was impossible. I had to stop the timer repeatedly.

Today I did a Cathe Live - #169 - Mixed Impact Hiit with bonus abs for 42 minutes. Wow. This was tough. It's so fun to see the staff and members from 10 years ago. They don't seem to age at all!

Today I did a Cathe Live: Lift it Split it for chest and triceps (I think that's the name of it). I've done this one so many times. It is such a great workout. It was 41 minutes. I'll add on my own extended stretch.

I forgot to check in yesterday (I did a 40 minute DTHM workout - total body weights - it took longer as I needed more rests). Today I did 30 minutes of Cathe's latest live (I don't have much in my tank today due to limited sleep).

Today I did a mix of T&D cardio for 20 minutes and added on a T&D 10 minute bicep workout (grueling). It took me 40 minutes in total as I needed longer rests. I added on a 10 minute stretch.
It looks like everyone got in some long workouts yesterday! WTG!!!
