Today I managed a total 45 minute workout of: C&E total body heavy weights for 35 minutes and 10 minutes of a squat mobility stretch workout (very challenging but I am feeling a difference instantly). I will try to check in while I am away.

Sorry to be MIA Ladies. I had some kind of stomach bug near the end of last week which landed me in bed and sleeping. I am feeling much better today.
