Today I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit but only the cardio (kickboxing) segments and the cooldown.
I was just using the barbell for chest press and I think I was tensing my neck muscles or something. I did get up to 105 pounds but that was barely 6 reps.
Hi everybody! Today I did Gym Style Legs the 46 minutes premixe and I used the band again! Will have to make improvements on that for sure. Annette, I also have the same problem with neck tension when exercising (is the spelling right? Not always confident with my English...) especially when I do abdominals or use the barbell. For the ab I usually modify the position and support the neck with my hand....
