    Will any of the workouts be as low impact, but super intense like Afterburn? I have a love/hate relationship with that one and do it weekly. :) It works so well on so many levels - heart rate, burn, and strength. Plus, the length is just right for my morning workouts. THANKS!!

    I don't know if I'd say they are harder, just different. I do think 40/20 is just as hard, if not harder! I don't have the IMAXes, but I havent done Butts and Guts in a while, maybe I'll hit that one tomorrow morning! Also, Afterburn is still one of my faves.

    I love the metabolic training. I try to alternate metabolic with HIIT and other cardio. Faves: afterburn, LI HIIT, LI Super sets, and XTRAIN everything!
