Thanks for the link Zenara25, I was wondering the same. There was another girl to Cathe's left, her name is Karen. In one of the lives Cathe called her, her "strong girl" and boy is she strong! A little power house:) I miss seeing her as well.

I can view Cathe Live on my computer at work, but not on my laptop. Weird--If I go into on demand I can view her dvd videos but a black screen comes on when I click on her live ones.

My mindset is like yours. If I'm thinking "when are these ever going to end" I start to get sloppy and try to rush to get thru and my form suffers. If I know how many reps, I seem to stay more focused on my form and concentrate on getting X amount of reps done.
