    Active Older Adult Workouts

    I agree, I would love to see a series more geared to the older Cathlete! I just can‘t do the jumps anymore. Also have chronic shoulder issues so pushups and dips no longer …Would love to see a straightforward non complicated series with weights and cardio that is joint friendly!
