I am not sure if Rhonda looks at this site but she looks awesome in the intensity videos. She seem to have kicked things up a notch between the ps videos and the intensity ones. What were the big changes she made? Was it mainly eating habits? I read what she did to train for those videos but is that any different than what she did for the ps videos. Does anyone know? I have a similar body type so I am really curious to know.
