I did this workout for the first time yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it! I just loved the format - he does one upper body move with weights, then goes to a leg exercise and rounds it out with something for your abs. Then he repeats this cycle two more times doing different exercises each time for each body part. Oh, and he also does 30 secs of cardio in between some of the exercises too.
There are no compound moves so I can concentrate entirely on the body part being worked. The variety is great and it gave my body time to recover before lifting heavy again. Anyone know of a similar format in other DVD's?
