Do you ever have one of those days that just starts all wrong? Puts you in a mood so foul, that everything just pisses you off and you feel like you're just gonna EXPLODE!!! x( . Well i'm having one of those days right now. Everything just seems to be going all wrong!
I guess I'm just curious to know what different techniques you all try to relax and get over your anger? It's different for everybody. For me it's kickboxing and yoga. What helps you?
