This morning I had some time to workout (yeah). I did Cathe's latest LMR2 - wow! I loved it!!! Cathe has some serious muscle in her legs.

Today's workout:

CatheLive- "Hip,Hip,Hooray, It's PHA" - 34 min. This was a fun PHA workout & express too!

CeceFifi… I really enjoyed that bonus workout. No dread factor.

Aqua girl… I think I have one more live PHA before I’ve done them all. My favorite type of strength.

CDorner’s Live Step. Mashup music, which I love. Finished with a Peloton 20 minute yin yoga.

Aqua girl.. I’m actually a cardio girl. Ha ha. I just meant PHA are my favorite type of strength workouts. I’m slowly growing to love strength work. Still not a fan of slow and heavy routines. I tend to gravitate towards metabolic, so that’s why the live classes really appeal to me. After my car accident, I really couldn’t do any cardio. Strength was the most important. I try to make sure I have a variety in my monthly rotation these days.
 
Hi ladies,

I squeezed in 35 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus light dumbbell work for shoulders, biceps and triceps and then the Taebo Express Kicks for a bit of cardio. It was 11 minutes.

Really hot and muggy today so this was a quick home workout for me. So not too shabby.

Nice workouts, stay cool.

My knees are bugging me and I've had to bear that in mind in planning my workouts this week. Plus its been so hot here. Today was 93 degrees. MS and hot weather do not play well together, but I'm determined to get something in today even though not feeling it, so I did some blast from the past fun dvd's.

Here's today's workout:

Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds- Super Fat Burning - 3 Miles= 49 Min
w/2 pound walking weights each hand

10 Minute Solution- Pilates Perfect Body-Perfect Belly + Perfect Buns and Thighs= 20 Min

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live: Lift it Split it for chest and triceps (I think that's the name of it). I've done this one so many times. It is such a great workout. It was 41 minutes. I'll add on my own extended stretch.

Linda - I gotta check out more PHA workouts from Cathe live as I haven't done most of them. Thanks for the reminder

personally like the shorter ones, (less than 45 min)

Nora, you enjoyed a good Leslie walk and a little Pilates as well! Good for you!
 
CeceFifi… so many good live PHA classes. I’ve done them all except one that I’m doing tomorrow. I prefer the ones that only do two rounds of the circuit. I remember one routine repeating the exercises three times. Too much for me.

Czechfan…good for you. I remember so many days after my car accident when I didn’t feel like moving. 10 to 20 minutes can make all the difference.

Calico… really hot and muggy here too. I’ve been trying to walk the dogs, bright and early so that it’s not too much for them.

Warmed up with Peloton core plus an express Pilates class. Then a Cyndi Lauper ride. Finished with a 20 minute yin yoga. Poses were held for four minutes. Mental challenge as well as physical.
