Hello, I am new to this board and new to Cathe. My sister-in-law recommended her to me and let me borrow some of her tapes. I love them...I am currently using Mega Step Blast, since that is what most people in past messages have suggested..and love it.
Here is my question(s)...I currently have a DVD player, however, I was wondering if it is worth investing in the DVDs or taking advantage of Cathe's offers with VHS? Also, since I am starting out with weights...could someone please give me some advice as to rotation and suggestions on weights (weight, brand, barbells, etc). Any advise is greatly appreciated.
I have checked previous posts and read other rotation advise, however, since I am new to weights and am just learning...I thought some of you might have some insight/info
Maybe I should just start with the CTX which, to my understanding, is cardio and weight training basically. Cathe has so many tapes that she offers...I just need some good ones to get me started.
Also, if you have any advise as to rotation with Cathe's tapes, could you please include what weights are required when doing the tapes you recommend. Thanks. This will help me when I go out shopping to look for your recommendations
My main goal is to lose weight (I am currently doing WW) and I have realized that to stay in shape, I need to exercise and eat right.
