Hi,
I just wanted to say that I have learned so much being a part of this forum! Thank you! .....I have a question about tricep exercises
.....: I have been using my Gym Style workouts and today I did the triceps portion. On a couple of the exercises (seated extensions and cross body extensions) I noticed a soreness and crackling in my elbow as I flexed it. I have weak triceps and was only using 5 lbs. on the cross body extensions and I think 8 or 10 lbs. on the seated extensions. Has anyone ever had this problem and/or have any ideas as to what I might be able to do to avoid this?
