Happy Friday everyone. Last night was step class and this morning was legs from disc 14. I thought today was suppose to be back and bis, but I had the discs mixed up in my head. Unfortunately last night at the gym I did some leg work while waiting for the class to begin. So I didn't give it my all this morning so I wouldn't over do it. Of course I could have rearranged the discs, but I just want to do them in order and not have to think about them.
It's been a busy week after taking off for the RT. I better finish up lunch and get back to work. DH and I will probably take in a movie tonight. Other than that, no big plans for the weekend.
Andrea, your bootcamp recommendation was too funny. Hope no one knew you suggested it. They might come up with a tougher challenge to get even.
Amelia, hope your DS enjoyed preschool.
Elaine, hope your are enjoying your time while your children are at camp.
Roxie, good luck with the new program. Hopefully the 2nd phase will be more of a challenge for you.
Thank you all for the compliments on the RT photos. I'm at a healthy weight, but would still love to see some better definition and less jiggle. Oh and the cellulite, we won't even go there because I already know that it may be stuck there forever.
