Thank you Andrea. You are too kind. (Are you sure you were looking at the right person in the picture, LOL) I think my big head and Hair make me look smaller than I really am.
But more seriously, STS has helped smooth out some of my rolls, but I am still a work in progress. Maintaining my current weight and continuing to tone up the jiggly parts that can't be seen is what I currently work on.

Andrea-we could just cut our heads off, but seriously I ran out of allergy medication and my sinuses clogged up I bought some more today.

Im up early today, getting my son ready for his first day of pre-k. I couldn't really sleep last night worrying about him:confused:. Im sure once he gets there, everything will be ok:)

Ive got some serious damage control to do today, my diet this week has been terrible and i feel terrible about it:(. Ive GOT to snap out of it...starting today. I will log my food this morring and get in a Kicka$$ workout with legs, thinking about doing my own for about 30mins. Then doing something on the treadmill. I need to burn some serious cals.

I saw a treadmill on craigslist for 300.00. It is a Vsion fitness treadmill. No bells and whistles. I've been wanting an elliptical or treadmill.
I've been bugging DH about this.

ok, didn't get my workout in. DH wanted to take DD to a local mining camp to walk the trails so i went with them. We did walk for about an hour...so i would say thats good enough;):phehehe

I just checked them out...I can see your abb muscles girl...nice going! Im going to do my before pics soon, but i won't be wearing one of those sports bra's, got waaaay too much going on in that area,LOL.

Elaine, know what you mean about trying some different. I would go:eek::eek::eek:over an elliptcal machine. Or even a spin machine:( Just don't have the room or the money or that matter:rolleyes:. Im sending you some 'i-hope-you-get-your-treadmil' vibes;)

I cannot walk! cannot move! It hurts too much.

Bootcamp yesturday was a field trip to the great outdoors, running up steps. This was on my request. I can assure you all, I will never, ever again make any suggestions.

Elaine - Elliptical machines are good, I havn't used them a lot or for long periods of time, but they do seem OK. The fitness competitor girls, do their weight training then complete elliptical workouts for their cardio. A couple of times per week. The cardio is just so that its a pain to hold a long conversation. Anywhere between 20-40 mins. Its low impact and no jarring on limbs.

Roxie - TTOTM for me which explains my headaches, thankfully thats exactly what they where, headaches, not migraines. :)

Elaine-I would love an elliptical just don't know where I would put it.

Andrea-I usually get headaches then to but I think mine have to do with allergies and my contacts are giving me some trouble.

Amelia-I can only wear those when doing low impact other words I have to have more staying power. I wish I could see my abs.

Roxie-24 mins for 141 cals...Still a good cal burn but i understand why your getting tired of them. I think you may be too advanced for slim in 6?

Just put the kiddies on the bus and now its time to break out my weights and get some sweat going;) LB and a cardio on tabs for today(since i didn't do ANYTHING yesterday:rolleyes:)

Hey girls,i had a great workout this morning. First i went out to do CCV5, got 18mins into it and my MP3 player died...went another 25 mins doing run intervals. Then i came home and did PH LB...i was burning!

Roxie-I forgot to ask you about the winner last night? What did you think? I thought for sure Brandon was going to win. I was hoping for Kayla, i voted for her. Jeanine is a beautiful dancer but she was never my favorite. There all going to be very successful im sure.
 
This morning I did LIC cardio blast and abs.

It's a no go for the treadmill.DH would rather wait until we can get an ellipitical. He likes ellipitcals and feels he would use it if we had one. Will see.;) I thnk I will start trying some out at different stores to see what I like, then I can start looking at craigslist.

Andrea: Love that Bootcamp field trip!! Sounds like fun.

No kids today. Not quite sure what to do with myself. Other than grocery shopping and owing the lawn. Oh,of course coming here!:D

Tonite is the same workout as last nite with abs added only 2 more days of this then on to phase 2.

Amelia-they say the next phase is harder that this first one is to learn the moves. I was happy with the winner you kindof knew by listening to the audiences cheers who was going to win and by the judges picking her dances more than the others, I wasn't a real Brandon fan and Kayla showed her personality to late. I think they will all be successful except for Evan.

Elaine-enjoy your day with no kids.
 
Happy Friday everyone. Last night was step class and this morning was legs from disc 14. I thought today was suppose to be back and bis, but I had the discs mixed up in my head. Unfortunately last night at the gym I did some leg work while waiting for the class to begin. So I didn't give it my all this morning so I wouldn't over do it. Of course I could have rearranged the discs, but I just want to do them in order and not have to think about them.

It's been a busy week after taking off for the RT. I better finish up lunch and get back to work. DH and I will probably take in a movie tonight. Other than that, no big plans for the weekend.

Andrea, your bootcamp recommendation was too funny. Hope no one knew you suggested it. They might come up with a tougher challenge to get even.

Amelia, hope your DS enjoyed preschool.

Elaine, hope your are enjoying your time while your children are at camp.

Roxie, good luck with the new program. Hopefully the 2nd phase will be more of a challenge for you.

Thank you all for the compliments on the RT photos. I'm at a healthy weight, but would still love to see some better definition and less jiggle. Oh and the cellulite, we won't even go there because I already know that it may be stuck there forever.
