Substitute for plyo legs in June Rotation?

I did STS and picked plyo legs to do in Meso 3.
It was the only thing I didn't LOVE about STS. I just am not really into Plyo anything . I wanted to try it and give it my all, which I did, I just am in no hurry to do it again. However, I am doing the June rotation and Monday's workout is..........you guess it, Plyo legs !!!
IS there a substitute for it ??
Would you sub another leg workout ? But then what about the cardio aspect of it ??

Any suggestions would be appreciated .

Ummm, Becky, STS has 4 squat rack leg workouts that are specifically designed to be alternates to the plyo leg workouts in Meso 3.
 
Thanks , yes, I know about the squat rack legs. I just didn't know if in this rotation it would work the same as in the STS rotation as a sub. I don't know if that makes sense, but Plyo has such a huge cardio factor............that maybe there was a better sub.
If I'm just trying to sub a leg workout for a leg workout, I've got all of cathe's leg workouts- including squat rack legs, which I AM anxious to try. ; )
So maybe that's exactly what I'll do.

Oh! Okay, that makes more sense. If you have Butts and Gutts, you could give that a go. It is an intense leg workout with a fairly brutal cardio factor and not much plyo. Since I am finding the squat rack leg workouts to be not quite intense enough, and I can't do plyo either, maybe I'll sub that in too!
 
I agree Butts and Guts or Legs and Glutes would probably be a good sub. Also, you could try to do one of the circuit premix's on Legs and Glutes that incorporates KPC in, that would add to the cardio factor.

You might also consider using the leg circuits from either BM or BM2 -- if you repeated the circuit twice, that would be about 40 minutes, which is about as long as the Plyo leg workouts.
 
These are all really good ideas, and since Plyo legs comes up more than once on this rotation, I should get the opportunity to try them all !
