Strength in Numbers

Cheryl I hope it’s just routine blood work. Great job on your long walk!

Julie great job on your upper body weights after a lousy sleep. That just makes everything harder. Oh poor Gunner, do you think he would use pee pads? That’s definitely not the way to unwind after work.

This morning was Pure Strength Back, Biceps, and abs. They said we were going to have rain today, but the app I used didn’t show any until maybe this evening, so I was able to get another load of mulch done. I was mad yesterday because I really could have done one yesterday. Oh well. I only have one more load to do so I’ll be happy to get it done. Of course after that comes pine straw, but that’s a much easier job. Have a great day.

This morning was Great Glutes after another late night watching hockey. I’m not sure what we’re going to do when hockey season is over! Have a great day!

Pam Great job on PS BaBis&Abs and GG! Oh yea on getting another mulch load done. I am not sure if he would use pee pads. Petunia was using them but we just weaned her off them and I am afraid she would start using them again.

This morning was my sleep in day. I think I am going to try to brave Costco sometime this weekend. Not sure if I am going to do it tomorrow or try to get there early on Saturday.

Have a great weekend!

Julie I hope your Costco run wasn’t too bad. I went last week and it was one of my quickest ever. I don’t know if they all do this now, but someone came up while I was in line and pre-scanned everything, so when I got to the checkout all I had to do was scan my card and pay.

Yesterday was Body Max step and power circuits. Then I got my last load of mulch!! I should be able to get pine straw next week and have that chore finished for another year. Then we tailgated with some friends before the hockey game and were so happy to win the eastern conference championship! I was moving slow this morning after the late night, but I did get in Chiseled upper body. I think it’s going to be mostly chilling got the rest of the day though. Have a great one!

Julie Good job on you upper body weights with a awful nights sleep. Poor Gunner, it is hard to hold the pee when you are older.

Pam Great work on PS Back Biceps and Abs and Great Glutes. That is great that you only have one more load of mulch to do. I think there is a bit of a feeling lost period after hockey season.

Julie Good luck with you Costco run. Enjoy your weekend.

Pam They pre-scan at our Costco if you don't have too much in your cart. It sure does make it a lot quicker. Glad that you got your last load of mulch. Good job on BM Step and Power Circuits and Chiseled Upper Body. Congratulations on winning the eastern championship. I am predicting that you will win the Stanley Cup in 6 games.

Sorry about being MIA but we are dealing with my MIL. Wednesday II did LM&R2 Lower Body and then I got groceries. Then my MIL called wanting an ambulance as she couldn't take living anymore. We called an ambulance and went to her place but because she was not an emergency we had to wait hours as they were dealing with a high volume of actual emergencies. When they got there she refused to go to the hospital where she could get help which made us angry after all of this. We got to her place around noon and didn't get home until 8pm. Needless to say I was exhausted Thursday and I didn't do much. Friday was the same as I didn't sleep. Our neighbours have been really horrible to us and I had enough. We are in a strata so I made a complaint to our strata council. I will see how that goes. Saturday I had a dragon boat regatta but missed a medal by less than a second. This morning was the farmers market and now we are going down to Starbucks. Hopefully I get back to normal tomorrow.

Have a great day.

Cheryl I hope your prediction is right for the Canes! Of course I would rather it be in 5 games so we can be at the final game, but I will be happy if we get the win in any number of games. Great no on LM&R2 and your dragon boat race. Bummer that you lost by such a small amount, but what an exciting race. You have sure been going through a lot, wow. You must be mentally and physically exhausted. I hope things get better with both your MIL and your neighbors. I have heard some crazy neighbor stories, so we are very thankful to have good ones.

Yesterday was my rest day. I did a little bit of laundry and some yard work and then just hung out at the pool. This morning was Gloved up and Sweaty. It was my first time doing it with boxing gloves and I had an itchy nose which drove me crazy with those gloves on! Now I’m going to go get some pine straw and get that going. Have a great day!

Pam Great job on BM S&PC, CUB, and GU&S! Glad you got all your mulching done! That is so awesome your team one but you are in for quite a few late nights when the finals begin. I got lucky at Costco as far as the checkout, hardly had to wait at all.

Cheryl Great job on LM&R2 LB! Oh I am so sorry you are having so many struggles with your MIL and your neighbors. I hope your MIL gets the help she needs and your neighbors can start behaving civilly. Oh man, 1 second and missing a medal is such a bummer.

Friday was my lower body weights and then I did some cleaning and went to Costco by myself. It wasn't super busy and I got out at a decent time but I did get into a fight with a box and the cart. I was putting a heavy box into the cart and my forearm skin got stuck between the box and the cart. Luckily I didn't break the skin but I have a giant bruise about 1"x2" in size. Saturday was my mobility day and then some more things around the house but DH and I were able to sit outside for an hour or so while it was nice. Sunday was my upper body weights and this morning I slept in and then had to take Gunner to University of Illinois vet clinic for a 6 month checkup for the trial he is part of. It is about an hour and 20 minute drive but he gets a full workup for free which is nice.

Have a great day!

Pam Good work on Gloved Up and Sweaty. It is hard to scratch your nose with boxing gloves on. Nice that you have moved onto the pine straw phase.

Julie Great job on your lower body weights, your mobility work and your upper body workout. That is a big bruise that you got but at least it didn't break the skin. That is nice that you got to sit outside for a while. That is a long drive to the vets but at least you don't have to pay for it. I hope everything goes well with the checkup.

This morning was STS2 Total Body Giant Sets. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon to go over my blood work. It looks like I may have some kidney issues and a possible bladder infection.

Have a great day.
