The last several days got away from me and I didn't get a chance to post. Wednesday I met up with a friend for a walk and then we had some errands to run. Thursday morning I slept in and was really tired so I took it as a day off. I finished up with the cleaning and got the laundry done. Our animal transfer was late getting us yesterday so I didn't get home until 9:30pm. This morning I was really tired again so I took another day off. I find that I don't push myself anymore to workout if I am really tired. I have a few things to do today but I think it will be a mostly lazy day. It is raining here so I good day to be inside.

Julie I hope you get some nice weather this weekend and not just rain. It is going to be very hot here.

Cheryl I didn’t get a chance to post the last few days either, it happens Great job on your walk and being smart and listening to what your body needs.

The last few days have been pretty busy! I did Chiseled lower body blast and icy core on Thursday, Chiseled Upper Body yesterday, and Cardio party today. i also got 2 loads of mulch done and had a wish delivery. Now I am taking Cannoli for a meet and greet and then I have a wish delivery this afternoon. It’s supposed to be in the 90s the next few days so I think some swimming is in my future. I won’t be able to do any mulch for awhile because I don’t have time to go get any today and they aren’t open tomorrow. That’s probably for the best though! Have a great day.

Cheryl Sounds like you have been really busy. You are smart not to push yourself when you are really tired. Best to take care of yourself.

Pam Great job on CLB and icy core, CUB, CP and getting some mulching done! Wow 90s is crazy, hope you got to cool off in the pool.

Friday was my lower body workout and then some things around the house, Saturday was my mobility workout and then DH and I ran a few errands, Sunday was my upper body day, and this morning I slept in. Our weather was ok but overcast so no sitting outside since it looked like it could rain at any moment. Tomorrow I probably won't be able to post. I have to take DH to get his colonoscopy.

Julie Good job on your lower body workout, your mobility workout and your upper body workout. Our weather is about the same as yours. I hope DH's colonoscopy goes well.

Saturday was dragon boat practice and it really rained the night before so we had to bail the boat out. It was fine for when we were out on the water. Sunday I went to the farmers market and then went out for a walk. This morning was LITE Metabolic Blast. Then I went for a manicure and we are meeting up with our friend in a bit for coffee. Tonight we are meeting up with my brother and SIL for dinner.
