SNM one more reason.....

Premixes are a main reason I keep reaching for my Cathe DVD workouts.

Take Boot Camp for example. This workout can be done in so many different ways. Rarely do I do it as produced. Most often I use the "Everything but Core" premix, and add core at the end. Often times the "Cardio/Lower body" premix is used. If the premixes were not offered, I doubt I would use this workout.

There are countless other combinations of premixes that I use on a regular basis more often than the origional workouts.

The small inconvenience of waiting the extra time for the DVDs to be authored/editeded (I'm not sure of the term here) is well worth the results. The premixes are essential to variety. And variety is a major reason many of us reaching for our Cathe workouts in the first place.

Conversely, I have never used the workout blender option.

PLEASE seriously consider including premixes in the Hard Core series. I am waiting to hear the decision on this before my preorder.

Edit to add: SNM keeping workouts to about an hour seems to work well also.

Me too, me too!

Today my workout was completely premixes:

High Step Training Advanced CARDIO only
Boot Camp CARDIO/LEGS only
Boot Camp CORE only

Please keep the pre-mixes, they are what make Cathe workouts stand apart! Another one pondering pre-ordering, Heather

I used the 75min. premix from SUPERSETS today. I had a great workout!:7 I love the premixes on the Push/pull & Supersets DVD. I love the variety on this DVD. Helen

I've been using just the premixes off of my Cathe workouts for the past few days (from Push Pull, Cardio and Weights, and Step, Jump, and Pump) and I've been really loving them!

IMAX2 has great premixes!

Blast Only and Blast Mania are very useful. They are great for high intensity time crunched days or a day where I plan to stretch a little longer and don't want to use up extra time.

I would like to see these options on IMAX3.

Since I just made the wonderful switch to dvd, I only have 2 dvds with premixes so far and a third on the way, but I love them!

Last week the premixes I used were

HSTA lower body/cardio premix+upper body/cardio premix

KPC/L&G 82 min circuit premix

I also used the gauntlet, but I am not sure that counts as a premix, because it is on its own separate dvd.

SNM -

Please, please, please include the premixes. I use the premixes a lot. I love the premixes from the Body Blast Series. The upper and lower premixes from the Supersets and Push Pull quickly became some of my favorite workouts. It had been a long time since my body felt workouts like I felt those (a very good feeling where you know that you worked). I also use the premixes from IMAX 2 twice a week.

My Body Blast DVDs have on occasion paused a little but it is hardly noticable - a small inconvenience for those wonderful premixes. If I find I am crunched for time I know I can squeeze in a premix and still get a great workout. If I find I need more of a challenge I just go to the premixes.

I wouldn't change a thing about any of the Cathe workouts.

:) :) :) :) :)

I would VERY MUCH like to see premixes on these DVDs. Particularly since there will be one workout per DVD, there will be room for these premixes.

Premixes I already know I'd use (if they were offered to us):
High Step Challenge: cardio only
Imax III: blast only
Muscle Max: lower body split
Muscle Max: upper body split
Low Max: blast only

Thanks for listening.

RE: SNM one more reason.....Premixes

Please keep the Premixes. Lately that is all I have been using. I love the fact I can increase the intensity and (2) sets of exercises or if I am pressed for time to a cardio premix like timesaver step. Personally speaking, the variety is why I buy Cathe because she gives more bang for the buck.
