Missed ya'll been working alot again
Hope everyone's workouts is doing good! Anyone following in of Cathe's or FF's rotations?
One more week of GS then maybe a week of endurance not sure yet
WED was my day off
Yesterday I did KM Blast Challenge only DM Total Body only, B&G ankle weight abs only, L&G ankle weight work only I always have one total body workout during the week.
Today is GS Chest and cardio. Oh and i just finished the 3rd day in column 3 on the hundred pushup challenge
