saggy neck cream recommendation

I just turned 50 years old and I'm noticing a little of the gobble gobble turkey neck starting to show. Does anyone know of a good neck firming cream that actually works? I've tried a few but nothing really has worked. Thanks, Lori

i don't think a cream will work. the underlying problem is the platysma muscle in your neck is losing it's elasticity and the skin starts to sag. perhaps, facial exercises to strengthen the neck and facial muscles would work. i once saw a book that was entitled something like the natural Face-Lift book, or something like that. i don't know if this would work. otherwise, a face-lift or neck lift. creams may make your skin feel firmer but it will not solve the underlying problem.

I've started using Origins Youthtopia. I love their products. With that said, I recently had my neck "done" and just saw my doc and asked about creams. He said the secret is simply moisturing regularly to maintain skins elasticity. You can't really do anything permanent about it topically - it's pretty much all marketing. But he also said the creams don't do any harm, so told me the product I am using is a good one and to go ahead and continue to use it. (ps - my neck is healing quite nicely and so far I'm quite happy with the results)

That's what I thought. I always have moisturized my face and neck. Boy, I wish I could afford surgery. It's not that bad yet but it bothers me. Thanks girls!! Lori
