Good morning,
I had a pretty bad longish run on Saturday. I had intended to do 10 but made it only to about seven, with periods of walking interspersed in the run. I couldn't get my breathing to regulate and felt like I was really huffing and wheezing... not fun! So I'd run a few minutes and walk a few minutes, and finally went home. Then I had a migraine the rest of the day. Ugh.
On a brighter note, I had a pretty nice run on the treadmill this morning. I did about four and a half miles without any major breathing problems. I think I must have just had a bad day on Saturday, and now things are looking up. I now have just one more long training run this weekend, an 8k on April 29, then the half-marathon! I'm getting kind of nervous!
