Question about the Four Heavy Weight Bonuses that were Promised.

That's right, forgot about these "extra" workouts. When they come out, I am going to have to figure out how to download them since I have never done that before.

Cathe and SNM,

I realize that you may be busy but please take a moment to respond to my inquiry. Again, do you have a timeline as to when when we can expect the four bonus heavy weight workouts? Thank you.

As an option & a way to get these bonuses into production, I'd be okay with her not lifting herself and coaching the crew through the weight workouts and maybe doing some educational tips on the muscles working & proper form, etc. I think we'd all understand and still enjoy the workouts.
Absolutely

Oooh - that's a good idea. Like she did for the 100 rep challenge bonuses in XTrain.

Like you, I'm guessing recovery from her knee surgery is tying a lot of things up. I'm reminded how my body gets final say in my fitness - and if I'm injured, no amount of wanting to push through to get something done is going to make me heal any faster. (And I'll only make things much worse if I force it.)

Do wish she'd say something about it, though, because, again, I'm really just assuming that's what's going on.

Cathe DID announce this series shortly after her surgery, IIRC, so if there was a chance that she would not be able to handle the rigorous preparation, rehearsal, and filming schedule, it might have been better to wait to make an announcement. Only she can address the questions that have been respectfully asked a number of times by various customers on the forum. I wish she would! :)

Yes, I agree with you.

I'm pretty sure someone on Cathe's staff is monitoring the forums.

The lack of response is really nothing new. Cathe does it her way. A million years ago, she was very active on the forums, but now not so much.

I too "hate the wait", but I have come to expect and accept it.

I wasn't too thrilled with the announcement of LMR2 mostly because I really didn't care for LMR. My opinion only.

But apparently Cathe's business sense has told her that this type of workout program is the way to go for this release and the majority of her client base.

Hoping the next new group of dvds will be more cardio oriented.

I did order LMR2 and I am hoping that I will be able to incorporate it into my workouts.

I think Cathe's fans are very patient and care about her AND can handle the news whether we can expect further delays. Cathe is human after all and not some super-human. She may need more time for her recovery than she initially anticipated and a Summer release just may not be physically possible for her. But I think honesty is the best policy, not stonewalling. If she's further along than her silence indicates then she could provide a welcome update. If there's expected delays, well she could provide a welcome update. JMO.

{And for the C-D peeps - this isn't a criticism - no need to get so defensive on Cathe's behalf.}
Yes! Yes! Yes! An an update would be much appreciated especially since Cathe will provide responses on her FB page to consumer post about other matters.

I agree with you. I have found limited use for LMR, and doubt if another LMR is going interest me. When I am looking for an update, I am looking for more information on this series, so I can decide if I made a good decision in ordering it. I really ordered for the cardio workouts. The heavy weights are good news, but I have a great variety of those.
