Question about the Four Heavy Weight Bonuses that were Promised.

So what are your thoughts ..like floor based aerobics? dancy or athletic?
I'd like dancy, but over the years, I found Cathe doesn't change up a lot on cardio routines. One is kickboxing, I think. I guess PHA Cardio Fusion will alternate between upper and lower body cardio? Something with more flow and less jumps would fit in better with her active aging focus. Low impact with Cathe tends to mean lifting not jumping, though. Again, I'd very much like more details, but i don't think she knows herself yet. And yes, she needs to design the workouts with a few practices before she commits. I understand that. But I'm baffled by the lack of communication.

We definitely all understand that concept to construction takes time. All the requests for updates and timelines have surfaced after months of silence. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
