My fitness trinity

It's a Sunday morning, and just like my spiritual trinity of father, son, and holy spirit, I think I've FINALLY discovered my fitness keys, which curiously, are 3 as well. I know we all have to search and experiment and find what works for us individually, but I think I've found mine. My fitness trinity is:

Cathe Friedrich
Tony Horton (specifically P90X)
Dr. Joel Fuhrman

For those of you who have searched and found your keys, just curious as to what they are.

* lots of protein
* my Heifers who keep me going, especially when it gets really tough

1. Cathe(especially her weight workouts)
2. Yoga
3. running on my treadmill
4. I have also taught myself not to eat after 6pm and this has made a HUGE difference in my weight and also how I feel.
5. And last, but not least, this great forum of information. I learn so much from all you guys:)

Self diet club to keep or try to keep my calories in check. Just starting with the third one. I hope it works.
And last but not least my stepdaughter. Her ways are so cute and I love watching her grow.

3. Working on the nutrition part as I KNOW this is key.

2) high-alkaline vegan whole foods and supplements (hemp, maca, goji berries, mangosteen, etc.)
3) rest and recovery
