Christine, it's nice to know that I have the ability to torture people. I actually like the variations that everyone else has come up with, especially band work and walking lunges (if only I had more space).
I've tried several variations, and all of them work me well. Low Max is a good leg workout to begin with - add some weights, and yowza! It's a wonderful combination. I was talking about it with a friend today, and decided to bump the post.
Extended version?? What are you kidding??? I't seems like I'm never able to squeeze in more than 45min in the mornings for my workout! Thank goodness for premixes! I did Low Max for only the 2nd time the other day but only had 45 min so I did the step only premix. It's awesome to have the option to shorten the workout. I did do it on an 8 inch step though but my legs were sore yesterday!
I did you workout this morning and love it. I will have to start to be little more imagination when work out. I have to added this extra leg excecises in the future. Thanks again
Wow, when I posted this I never expected this kind of a response. Kim, I also did the same workout yesterday. I think my body's done being shocked and next time I do this, I'd like to try the freestyle and bands suggestions above. Thanks to all of YOU who made those suggestions and modifications.
